Amy Scherber owns Amy’s Bread, a bread centered bakery with 6, or so, locations in NYC. I first experienced Amy's bread at a cheese tasting. Some of the cheeses were presented on this yellow bread that had raisins and what I learned were fennel seeds. I had no interest in the cheese but that bread! Thus began my "relationship" with Amy's breads, Amy’s Bread & Amy.
