Ximuwu is a most extraordinary place. In the heart of Greater Kruger, South Africa Ximuwu is a 5 Star lodge. The food and accommodations are amazing.

Ximuwu is also 100% accessible! It was built from the ground up with disabled people in mind. There isn't a step anywhere in the place. All of the tables and sinks are at wheelchair height. The game drive vehicles are equipped with slide out seats to allow for easy entrance/exit. Even the pool has a seat that slides out over the water and lowers you in! But on top of all that are owners Patrick and Elly Suverein. They are remarkably friendly and have built an equally hospitable staff, specially trained in the needs of disabled folks. We had such an incredible visit the first time that we're going back!
