London is an amazingly accessible city. All the taxis have little roll out ramps, so you can roll right in in wheelchair. Even the cigar store had a ramp! We were only there a few days, so we stayed mostly in the Mayfair area. Speaking of staying, we stayed in a suite at Claridge's. Go big or go home!
